– Does Zeppin Racing offer retail sales?

 No. If you wish to purchase our products, please contact our dealers in your closest area. Some of our dealers have online store to serve customers worldwide.

– What are your shipping methods?

We provide the following shipping methods to suit your need:

  • Fedex

  • DHL 

  • UPS

  • EMS

  • Air Forwarding 

  • Ocean Forwarding

We highly recommend to use your own courier account for the shipment if you have one.

– Which payment methods do you accept?

1. Paypal (3% processing fee applied. If the order amount excluding shipping is 1000USD, no processing fee would be charged) 

2. Telegram Transfer / Wire (30USD processing fee applied)

Please note that due to serious Paypal charge-back issue occurred from Indonesia and Malaysia, sorry that we can only accept payments via Telegram Transfer for customers from these countries, for their FIRST 3 ORDERS.

Bank and Paypal details can be given upon request.

– What are your return policies?

  •  Goods return will NOT be accepted, unless they have been proved to have manufacturing defects or damaged during the shipment

  • Buyer must contact us prior to goods return

  • All returned goods must be in original packing, together with all accessories and user manuals (if any)

  • Buyer should be responsible for all return shipping fee (if any 

  • Shipping, handling and other service charges (if any) are NOT refundable
